The Director General of JSC "ROSSETI" - Oleg Budargin and the President of NOVIKOMBANK, JSC Bank - Ilya Gubin - signed a cooperation agreement.

On the basis of a full cycle Federal Testing Centre it is planned to create an international Technical park of electrical equipment.

JSC "ROSSETI" proposed to create special regional commissions to monitor the status of payments for supplied power energy and services for its transfer to the companies of the electrical energy industry sector. Relevant letters are sent to the heads of 68 constituent entities of the Russian Federation - regions where the subsidiaries of the distribution complex of JSC "ROSSETI" are present. Most regions have already supported the initiative of JSC "ROSSETI".

In order to implement the orders of the President of the Russian Federation - V. V. Putin, related to improvement of the efficiency of state-owned companies, JSC "ROSSETI" took a number of additional measures to preserve financial stability of the Group of Companies. The corresponding order was signed by the Director General of the Company - Oleg Budargin.  

Rosseti head Oleg Budargin said about this on November 17 at the meeting with the Kaliningrad region governor Nikolay Tsukanov, devoted to the discussion of the draft Integrated Program of Development of Electrical Grids in the Region for 2014-2022.

JSC Rosseti was recognised as a leader in sustainability presentation in its 2013 annual report in the annual review of the best information disclosure practices in annual reports conducted by "Expert RA" rating agency. The received assessment confirms the commitment of the Company's leadership to sustainability values and high social responsibility standards.

Within the implementation of the policy of innovative development, energy saving, and increased energy efficiency, distribution energy grid companies in the Rosseti group reduced their actual energy losses in energy grids to 31 bn kW/h, which amounts to 7.61% of the energy output to the grid, based on resulks for 8 months of 2014. In the primary circuit complex losses were reduced to 13.8 bn kW/h or 4.1% of the total energy output.

CEO of JSC Rosseti Oleg Budargin and heads of all subsidiaries of the electrical grid company participated in the All-Russian meeting of the Russian Ministry of Energy "On Preparations of Electrical Energy Companies to Work in Autumn-Winter 2014-2015."

CEO of JSC Rosseti Oleg Budargin took part in the Forum 'Small Business: Reset' held on October 30 in Moscow and organized by the All-Russian Civil Society Organization of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship 'Opora Russia'.

Oleg Budargin, head of Rosseti, took part in a joint onsite meeting of Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolay Patrushev and the Presidential Envoy to Siberian Federal district of Russia Nikolay Rogozhkin on the energy security of the district. The agenda included the development of the electrical grid complex.
